Request any room away from the car park side to avoid early morning noise from deliveries.

Three lifts for over eleven floors feels insufficient, especially with one often out of service. The separate toilet design can be awkward, forcing a trip out to wash hands after use. The pool time restriction to thirty minutes can be a hassle if you’re keen on more downtime, and the mattress lacks comfort, making sleep a little more challenging than expected.

More assistance for older guests, perhaps.

I loved the hotel’s central location. It was perfect for exploring Liverpool's attractions. The staff greeted me with warmth and ensured everything was clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the spacious layout of my room. Breakfast had a good variety, and I never had to wait for a table. One downside was that the sofa bed was uncomfortable for the kids, which made bedtime tricky. The pool was also broken during my stay, which was a letdown as we were looking forward to that. It could’ve made our stay much better. I wish the water bottles were complimentary instead of extra.

The Superior Queen Room was really spacious and spotless. The beds were super comfy, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. Loved the separate toilet and bathroom setup—ideal for a family! Had all the basics like a coffee machine and mini fridge. Just a heads up, it can get a bit noisy at night because of the location. But overall, a cozy place to stay!
